Hi Brian, really nice presentation on this post and strangely enough, very appropriate for the Leo in me.
Re "Time to sell that condo and move up to a great townhouse community."... I'm seriously thinking of selling my condo this year, right now I'm checking out what similar homes are selling for in my area.
I know my wife would check it out before we buy. I know it is important to some but in todays market it is hard to go wrong when you buy.
Ok, I'll give myself a little time out. LOL
Guilty! I read the horoscope and comics first thing in the morning and then the business section.
