Lenn- I see there are some foreclosed sales where the closing price was above the asking price. That happens here a lot too. Looks like some great values for buyers.

Katerina.  Yes.  From time to time a foreclosure will come on the market in a highly rank public school district or a home that is clearly underprices.  You'll note that the homes that sold above list are usually not on the market for very long. 

 

Lenn- Wow, there are some great values in your area of the world. The foreclosed market here is starting to heat up and there have been a few good deals. Looking at the amount of house for the money in your area makes me jealous. =)

Scott.  Thanks.  I belive that it's going to get better as prices come down.  These foreclosures are helping to bring prices down. 

Lenn:  Are you seeing more and more offers coming in for REO properties? our last couple buyers were competing with other offers. . maybe that is a good sign.

Fernando.  We're selling foreclosures in the lower prices.  Yes, there are often other offers.
