Does Home Staging Sell Homes Faster?

I get asked that question frequently, and it is a valid question. Here is how I answer it. The Realtors that I talk to and work with tell me that homes are sitting on the market anywhere from 60 - 150 days or more in their respective markets. Why? Well, there are a variety of reasons from being priced wrong, to location, to condition; the recent problems in the mortgage industry certainly isn't going to help.

However, all this aside, I can tell you that Professional Home Staging certainly does seem to provide an advantage in helping to sell a home more quickly than an unstaged home.
