Has the Open House trend worked for you?

I have to admit it's a mixed bag for me. It really seems to depend on the LOCATION. Everytime I think they're not worth the time I have one that pans out in some fashion.

I'd love to hear your take on this manner of marketing. Is it working for you? If so, how? Does it keep your Seller's happy?

That being said, I hope to see some of you at a scheduled Coffee Open House from 4 - 6 pm on October 17th at ST6838605. This is a newly painted home offering an agent bonus through Christmas 2008!
