When you move to a new area one of the most important things that people forget to find out is where the local hospitals are. It is important that you familiarize yourself with the area, and where things are, so in an emergency you are prepared. Although Stafford had been selected to be the site of the New Mary Washington Hospital Campus, it does not have it's own hospital right now.. it is served by two hospitals. In times o emergency it is better to be prepared.
Mary Washington Hospital is located at 1001 Sam Perry Boulevard in Fredericksburg. (540) 899-1100.
Potomac Hospital is located at 2300 Opitz Boulevard in Woodbridge.(540) 659-1800.
