In the Tysons corner area there were 13 SOLD properties last month. 3 of these were single family detached homes. 2 were Townhomes. And the rest, 8, were condos. Of the condos there were 3 Garden style, 3 mid-rise, and 2 High Rise sold.



The Properties SOLD for approximately 96.5% of list price. They were on the market an average of 110 days. And there was an average of $3,200 in closing cost credit given to the buyers.
