Realistic and Reliable Sellers are Great...I Wish All Sellers Where This Way! I went on a listing presentation about two months ago with two sisters that were referred to me by a past client. Their mother died this past December and they decided that they wanted to sell their mother's home instead of trying to rent it out. I walked through the home with them for about 2 hours and discussed with them some of the items that I recommend that they update. We all shared ideas and came up with a list of critical items and a list of items to correct if the budget holds. We also discussed listing the home for a realistic price to get it sold quickly (very important in today's market, as you know).

We have spoken about once a week since the appointment and they have kept me posted on the progress. They have done what we agreed on and more. They have worked very hard to fix the home and agreed on the price that we discussed. They have been through so much and still worked very hard to update the home in order to help it sell. I take my hat off to them.

We will be putting the home on the market in about a week and I expect it will sell quickly. Even better is that I will be helping both of them find a new home this year. I love working hard for clients that work hard for me. Realty is a team effort. The Realtor, Client, Lender, Attorney, etc. have to work as a team. As a great team, we can accomplish so much.
