I stopped in my local bank today to make a deposit to my company account and noticed a stack of hand-outs there at the teller's area.

"There were no loans past due 90 days or more at June 30, 2010. . . . . . . . . "

BY THE WAY, CARDINAL DID NOT TAKE TARP MONEY. They were offered some $40,000,000 or so but declined.
