Lot's of option in your area looks like you still have construction going on we have reduced new construction to near a stand still.
I can't get over the contract between Purcellville Virginia and San Diego. For under three hundred thousand you might get a condo of 800 sq ft but most likely it will be a short sale and no guarantee to get it anyway. The city or state should give some land to a couple of your builders and create some marvelous new housing here. We need some that is not the typical stucco box.

This is a builder that offers a lot for the money. They are very aggressive in pricing these days. I just had a walk through inspection for one of my buyers two weeks ago and the house was about as perfect as any new home I've ever sold.
I have another one going to settlement Monday. Great house, great price.
