This home went under contract 8 days after staging!

During the past couple of months I have had the pleasure of working with two savy investors who are also Realtors. I just staged their 3rd vacant home after the previous two old in less than 30 days. These homes have all been in the lower end price range which proves that starter homes benefit from staging.
