Raleigh Court Roanoke VA homes for sale and things to do! I know many of you must be wondering by know what my fascination is with Raleigh Court and why I have been writing about it so much. You see, when I first opened my RE/MAX office, I opened my office on Brandon Ave on the west side of Raleigh Court. I had listed and sold homes in the area before but I had never really spent a whole lot of time there. Upon opening the office on Brandon I started spending more time in and around Raleigh Court and Grandin Village. I was amazed at the sense of community there. The residents of Raleigh Court have family yard sales, block parties, everyone on the street knows everyone else. There is always something little to do in Grandin Village and unless you are disabled it isn't that far of a walk to do it....all on tree lined streets with fantastic sidewalks.

Now that I moved my office to Colonial Ave in the Towers Shopping Mall, Raleigh Court is right outside my back door. I am a bit farther away from Grandin Village but when anyone takes the Colonial Exit off of I581/220, they are staring at my office while sitting at the light! I kind of think that we are the Real Estate Gate Keeper of Raleigh Court!
