Brian, I'm a total sucker for views! And these are some of the best in town. On the DC side, the Georgetown Ritz Carlton and the Watergate have some amaanig vistas.
Brian...nice post! Everyone loves views. We are lucky...to have river and 3 mountain ranges to offer in views. View do help in our marketing!
I think I heard Location was a big factor in buying have you heard that to? We will be at the meetings in May any suggestions for restaurants.
Brian I for sure could live there; as long as you are buying! I had a part time job, once upon a time, at the Mclean Theatre and also worked for a sales company farther down 123; was thinkng the other day how I miss the Potomac ....nice job!
Yikes, I don't think we want my son to see this post. Steve, close your eyes! He sold his Prospect House condo in the last buyer's market at about $200,000. Oh, well!
PATRICIA: I've been fortunate enough to be at a July 4th fireworks party at one of these condos in the past. I love a good view too. Top of the Town, the reception spot on the top floor of Prospect House advertises that their parties and events have the best view in town.
Brian~ great information and wonderful pictures! Townhouses with elevators? Now that's living large!!
JEANEAN: I've had several clients whose biggest criteria was having a good view. They'd walk out of a condo almost as quick as they walked in if the view was obstructed or not as good as it had been marketed to be.
TERRY: I seem to have heard that about location. I've got lots of great restaurant suggestions for D.C. Feel free to e-mail me directly.
CAROLE: Thanks for your comment. I've seen some shows at the McLean Theatre. So, you're yearning for the Potomac River once again...
MARGARET: Maybe he should have held on to it. Of course, hindsight is 20/20.
LISA: Yes, these townhouses are definitely living at its best.
Condos do provide some amenities that homes in that price range just can't.
ROSS: That's very true. It's hard to get such a great view from most single family homes.
