The current inventory level for South Riding decreased to 39 active listings this is about a 8.5% increase. With 6 new listings and 5 homes which went under contract last week, receiving contracts with an average 30 days on the market. NO HOMES sold and went to record last week. Looking back over the past 5 weeks of sold homes the average net to list price has been 99.7%, 97.1%, 97.9%, 95.3% and 96.3% for an average of 97.3%, over the last 5 weeks.
