That fish won't get away this time if they can help it. Fishing is big time here at Lake Anna. We have some very serious anglers and they have plenty of places to test their skills.

Not only is Lake Anna a great place to go out alone or with a friend to see what you can find but it is also a place that many come to compete. Tournaments are big time here so if you have a competitive streak you might want to see how you do. If you have an interest in catching stripers, catfish, large mouth bass, or crappie just pick up some bait at one of the many convenient spots that sell it and get out on the water.

What's wonderful about Lake Anna is the potential to fish twelve months of the year. That's right, I have seen (and taken pictures of) anglers every season of the year. Sure there are days that most might think twice about venturing out but almost every day I can look out at the water and can see someone trying their luck.
