The Fairfax County Parkway Extension

According to various news sources, Northbound lanes should open tonight (09/17/2010) around 7PM. Traffic may be congested for motorists on Rolling Rd for a few days while they are re-routed through Donegal. After all is said and done, I hope traffic will improve and that a new link to interstate 95 was a good idea.
