DOD HOMEOWNERS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM HELPS ANOTHER SELLER

After less than two weeks on the market, this beautiful STAFFORD COUNTY home received multiple offers and went under contract. Two days after submission of paperwork to the Department of Defense HOMEOWNERS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, my seller received approval of the contract, so we're moving on to settlement.
