Virginia, it's time to celebrate the Shenandoah Valley's Germanic heritage. The
Shenandoah Valley Germanic Heritage Museum is sponsoring the 2nd Annual GermanFest this Saturday, September 24th, from 10 am - 6 pm.
The festival will offer great German and American foods, a beer and wine garden, historical presentations, children's activities and a craft fair. There will be live music and other events throughout the day.
The festival is held at the Hottle-Keller Homestead, located at 11523 B
ack Road, Toms Brook, VA 22660. The Hottle-Keller Homestead is located approximately 2-3 miles off Interstate 81 south of Strasburg, VA. Admission is free. There is a $5 parking fee. Plan to join the great people of the Shenandoah Valley for a day of history and fun.
