Dispite a new policy of in school suspension for students using cell phones on school property during the school day, the use is increasing. There were over 700 more violations in 2007-2008 then the previous year. Is it that students don't get it or that the cell phone is just that important. I think they should be allowed on school property but only used in an emergency. I would hate to see them banned altogether.
