The military is a significant and welcome part of the South Hampton Roads community, and many of our real estate home buyers are military personnel; whether they are Navy, Air Force, Marine, or Army. We frequently visit the Welcome Centers at all area base locations (Naval Air Station, Norfolk Naval Base, Amphibious Base, Oceana, and Dam Neck) to make our real estate services available to all military personnel that might be in the market for a home.

Our colleges and Universities; Old Dominion University (ODU), Norfolk State University (NSU), Virginia Wesleyan College, and extensions of other major state Universities, and our Tidewater Community College (TCC) campuses throughout the South Hampton Roads area are available. Plus we have great Shopping locations thruout the area!

There are a wealth of restaurants in the area, in all price ranges and all types of cuisines- and, as you might imagine -- wonderful Seafood. Sports include our AAA Norfolk Tides Baseball Team, the Hampton Roads Admirals Hockey Team, as well as extensive sporting activities in our recreational, little league, midget, high school and college sports teams.

And, of course, the Beach, where tourists share with us the joys of the area during summer seasons. In off seasons we have the beach more to ourselves... Great Fun! Many Historic attractions are available in the area as well as easy driving distance outside the immediate area.
