REAL ESTATE IN LOUDOUN COUNTY IS SELLING. There is good value in new homes today.

WATERFORD RIDGE IN LOUDOUN COUNTY IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE COMMUNITIES IN NORTHERN VIRGINIA. The homes are beautiful. The lots are picturesque. The builder was helpful and communicated with my buyer and me. Did I mention the homes are beautiful? The location is convenient just about 10 miles west of Leesburg, Virginia. This new home in Loudoun County offers about 7,100 finished square feet above grade plus an unfinished basement and 3 car side load garage on about 4 acres. Price: $1,060,000. My buyers received builder incentives of about $135,000.

Lenn great job! No credit card debt for you. Keep up the good work. There is plenty to go around.

Wow nice. I hope you sell the others too!

Waterford Ridge is a very nice community. I've got a friend that lives there. He and his family love it.

What a lovely setting Lenn! The homes are beautiful and so is the landscape. Congratulations to you and to your Buyer.

What a great home I know a million is a lot of money but what a big home and looks like a beautiful area

Lenn - It's a little out my price range but that is one stately looking home and so picturesque.  Your buyers must be thrilled!

These photos could have been from another era, Lenn!  Your are blessed to be in such a  lovely area.

Hi Lenn, I wanted to come over and say hello and thank you for your recent comments on my post. I can see why Waterford Ridge is your favorite part of Northern VA.  That second picture looks like a painting. I can visualize it in several different media.

Scott.  Thanks.  I've closed three of these babies this year.  I only take new home buyers for Western Loudoun County because I want to stay close to home and my phone.  Everything else goes out to my network of agents and brokers.  We just keep working, working, working.

Susan.  So do I.  There are some wonderful buys in my area for new homes.  Shucks, I wish I were in the market now.  I bought my new home in 2005, but I could get a lot more for the money today.

Craig.  I love it too.  It's one of my favorite communities.

Debbie.  Thanks.  I hope they enjoy their beautiful home for years.

Terry.  Thanks.  Yes, A $Million is a lot of money, but, my goodness, look at that house.

Donna.  Who could not be thrilled just walking through that lovely.

Lynn.  This community, Waterford, is just west of Leesburg.  Once you get a mile outside Leesburg, you're in country, rural areas.  They are extremely beautiful.

William.  I'm always happy to visit your posts.  Yes, Waterford Ridge is exceptionally lovely.

Beautiful home and the acreage makes it even more so.

I was in a Toll Brothers model home in the Upper Marlboro, MD area the other day for a fundraiser for a local congresswoman and the home not only was huge but had a freakin' bowling lane in the basement with a wall of 6 TV screens that reminded me of a Las Vegas sports book. That was just the tip of the opulance this house had -- being sold in the high 800s which is a steal.  No land, though.

Toll builds a dramatically beautiful home.  Sounds like Marlboro Ridge Estates.  That's a pretty good price for 1/2 acre, but it's a nice area.
