I am a former Army servicemember and my husband is Active duty Army, stationed at Fort Eustis, VA. So, in our household in Williamsburg, VA, it's always Go Army Go!!!

Fort Eustis is an Army post approximately 14 miles from Williamsburg, VA. Not a bad commute if you want to find a home at a great value or some of the best schools for your children or to say you live in a historical city or if you want to live admist entertainment and good eats! Let me give it to you in dollars and cents...An E-6 WITH DEPENDENTS gets $1526.00 BAH (Basic Housing Allowance) An E-6 WITHOUT DEPENDENTS gets $1145 BAH. In some instances (taking into account income, credit scores and debts), those BAH amounts would cover a mortgage! Imagine that!
