1. I will communicate with you weekly via telephone. I realize we are in a technology savy world now, but I know you need to hear me tell you that I'm doing everything possible to sell your home.

2. I will give you feedback from the agents who have shown your home. Yes, it is difficult to track down the agents sometimes. They show so many homes. But I will make all efforts to talk to them.

3. I will tell you what you NEED to hear, not what I think you'd like to hear. As painful as it may be at times, I am going to always give you my honest, professional opinion. If we need a price reduction, then that is what I will tell you. I will not beat around the bush because I am afraid of loosing your business. When in fact, you may leave because I haven't been more open and direct.

4. I will not take it for granted that just because we're neighbors or good friends that I don't have to communicate with you the same as I would for any other client. You business means a great deal to me because you have entrusted me as your friend and Realtor to sell your home.

5. I will give you direction. I will tell you exactly what to do because I know that you look to me to guide you. I will not just leave you flapping in the wind.

6. I will refer you to a stager if it is necessary. Not intending to offend you or hurt your feelings, but only to get your home sold.

7. Of course I will aggressively market your home through print and Internet exposure. I will manage your expectations by sharing with you, my strategic marketing plan to get your home sold.

8. I will always be honest and forthright with you as I know you have entrusted me with one of your largest investments and that, I don't take lightly.

So you see, Mr. & Mrs. Seller, I have only your best interest in mind. It is what I do best...eliminating the stress in this equation while maintaining OPEN LINES OF COMMUNICATION and an overall satisfying experience for you.
