If You See Me Running around Belmont Bay Like a Crazy Person

No one can ever say that one day in real estate is just like the next.  By early yesterday afternoon I was convinced I was stuck in a vortex in Belmont Bay and might never get out.

Within a matter of hours I finished leases on three of my rental listings, had a closing on a condo and out of nowhere an agent called with clients who were interested in one of my HarborSide new construction listings.  Sure enough they were serious enough to put down a deposit.

All of this and I never got in my car!  The good thing about living in a neighborhood where you do a lot of business is that you can help save the world by not driving.  The bad thing is that your neighbors seeing you racing from building to building and wonder where the fire is.
