A New LEED Platinum Home In Vancouver Washington!

The 2009 Clark County Parade of Homes is currently under construction and we have news that there will be another LEED Certified home in the parade this year. Ryan Zygar of Tamarack Homes built last year's parade home, "The Cottage." Rumors have it that Ryan, the newly appointed chairman of the Clark County BIA Green Building Council, is stepping up to this year's challenge by building a custom home that will be Certified LEED Platinum.

I don't have any pictures yet but reports say that the team at Tamarack have the home fully framed and are furiously working towards meeting the August 14, 2009 deadline.

Become a Facebook Fan of the Clark County Parade of Homes to stay up to date on Ryan's new project and this year's Parade!
