Give them what they want!

Buyers are going to the internet in record numbers and what are they going there for? To buy a home. When they go to do a search on the internet what do they find? Realtors selling themselves...not their listings! Remember, people are searching the internet for a home, not a Realtor. At the Golik Group we have developed what we call "Search Specific" websites. These websites are our individual listing websites that rank very high in many Google searches. Looking for "Bellevue waterfront" or "Medina waterfront"?We have several of our sites show up in the top 5. Searching for "Bellevue luxury homes" or "Bellevue luxury real estate" We have 5-8 websites in the top 10 of these searches. While these are more of a narrow focus, these are the buyers we want to be looking for our listings. While there may be 60,000 searches a month for Bellevue real estate and only 6,000 for Bellevue luxury real estate, these are who we want to find our websites. The majority of the 60,000 may be looking for something in a lower price point but the 6,000 are looking for what we have on our websites.

1 Click! To us, this is important. We want potential buyers to find our listings on a search and in 1 click, be looking at big, beautiful picitures of our listings. It is more important that our listing websites come up not our personal website (although it is also showing up higher). If you are a listing agent that has 15-20 listings, how do you make any specific home stand out more than others on your personal website? You don't! That is why we feel it is important to have your listings stand out in a search for specific areas. For example if someone was searching for a home in the high end area of Clyde Hill near Bellevue, we have several websites that show up in searches such as Bellevue luxury homes, Clyde Hill luxury real estate etc....

A key part of our program is keeping our websites up and running even after we sell the home. If we don't have a listing on a particular website, we use the website as an ad to get new listings or we will let another agent post their luxury listing on the site in hopes that we can pick up a buyer that is looking in that area. The key is to always be in front of the search engine robots so that you can continue to optimize your sites and stay in their radar.

To see how other agents are using this program you can visit LuxuryEstateOnline.com and see how this program is VERY different than the single site websites that you get a ton of emails from everyday!
