Paying it Forward on a Monday!

Good day all! I hope you enjoyed your weekend. Today I decided to work from home after driving into our corporate office for the last couple of months.

Yesterday I told my wife I'd be happy to take her mother (my mother-in-law doesn't drive) to a doctor appointment. Yesterday we watched our grandson (my wife usually watches him on Monday and they both had a long night). Today I offered again to take my mother-in-law to her appointment. I know. This isn't a big thing. In fact, it pales in comparison to peopel I know who sit with friends who are terminally ill, etc.

It's just I felt good about helping others, especially my wife. She sometimes gets overwhelmed by all the demands on her time. Plus, I got to spend some quality time with my mother-in-law. I'm fortunate here. She is really sweet and appreciative of things being done for her.
