White River Community Outreach (WRCO) is here to help area residents navigate their way through the maze of social and human services. Using our connections with service providers throughout the county, they can offer assistance to locate healthcare for you and your children, referrals for clothing energy assistance, family support and advocacy, to name just a few.
We all face difficult times every now and then, be it a loss of a job, a family tragedy, or the day-to-day challenges of being a parent.
