Home Buyer Tax Credit

Home Buyer Tax Credit ends April 30th. There is still time to find just the right home to qualify for the for the $8000 tax credit for new home buyers (not owned a house within in the last 5 years) or the $6500 tax credit available when you are purchasing a different home. The home must be under contract by April 30th and close by June 30th. Just be careful not to put a short sale home under contract for the tax credit because the chances are it will not close in time.
