THE 30 DAY CHALLENGE

 

I just watched this video about how to change something in your life in just 30 days. 

Do you want to write a novel, give up sugar, exercise?  Whatever it is that you would like to change, improve, learn, etc - just commit to it for 30 days.  Really, 30 days, we can do anything for 30 days.  And at the end of 30 days, odds are you have created a new habit.
