I wish I could grow bulbs in So Cal...I had a brief stint in PA and loved the irises and tulips. My cabin in the mountains have some tulips and daphodils...but I don't always get there at the right time.

Ahhhhhhhhh, spring!  Nothing like it to lift the spirits and level of optimism in one's heart!  The tulip is beautiful.

I love the tulip. I had a bunch and the deer got them this year. they just look at you while they munch away-Dinah Lee

Paul, That is an absolutely beautiful flower. One of the reasons I love Spring.

Hey Paul -a stunning tulip! Really rich colors. I was so excited today - I saw a crocus! Maybe we will have spring here after all, LOL
