Welcome to the neighborhood of "Pioneer Trails" located in Southeast Everett WA in Snohomish County.  To get to Pioneer Trails from I-5 take Exit #186 (128th Street) and head East at 35th Ave SE go North for about one city block and you will find the entrance.  When you enter you will enjoy the park like feel to the neighborhood.  Speaking of a park Pioneer Trails has a wonderful park with walking trails, water fountain, kids play area, sport courts.  Most of the homes were built in the late 1980's and early 1990's on large lots.  Pioneer Trails is desired by many families because its so centrally located if commuting to Seattle and its close to the Boeing Company plant in Everett.
