Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream shop in downtown Kirkland are re-opening for business

Ben & Jerry's ice cream shop in downtonw Kirkland are re-opening for business as it was closed all winter due to remodeling on Lake Street. On March 15, 2010 they will re-open their doors to the public. Located on the corner of 2nd Ave S & Lake Street S (176 Lake Street S, Kirkland, 98033).

As a local downtown Kirkland resident, I'm excited to see the ice cream shop re-open. I love taking my family & puppy to get ice cream (dog friendly).

My favorite day at Ben & Jerry's is their "Client Appreciation Day" as they offer a "Free Cone Day". That's coming up on March 23, 2010 from 12-8pm.

I have to admit the lines are very long, and can take up to 15-20 minutes for you to get your Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream cone, but it's SO worth it! I'll be there with my Cherry Garcia in a waffle cone.
