The residential Pending sales continue to remain brisk as King County had 600 Pending sales making it the 7th best week since January 2008. Eastside Real Estate Pending sales were 192 -- another incredible week -- coming in with the 8th best week since Jan 2008. Remember the federal TAX CREDITS end on April 30th for both First Time Home Buyers and certain existing home owners.
