FOOTBALL! Hood River Tsunami Places 2nd in District With Big Win Today!

It was a blowout in Lyle, Washington today as the Hood River Tsunami beat White Salmon 18 to 0 in the final regular season game of the Gorge Youth Tackle Football League. Our son Ben plays offensive guard and defensive linebacker on the team which is made up of 5th and 6th graders and his team finished the season with style, with just one loss all season. Next week, they play for 3rd place in the entire division. The team has been practicing since early August, playing ball five times a week, and they have given the game their all and it showed. We couldn't be more proud of every member of this team. Way to go, Tsunami!
