Now Staging, Listing, and Selling with Keller Williams Southeast Sound

I am sure many of you were awaken from the depths of sleep when Real Estate Agent Gary McNinch

posted a 2 AM blog on his AR Renton Real Estate blog site welcoming me to the Keller Williams team!

Now, I apologize if you couldn't get back to sleep till now because you couldn't wait to hear the rest of the story! So let me update you all so you can go have a nap ;-)

Staging - Listing - and Selling: I am thrilled to announce my association with Keller Williams Realty! I contacted Gary McNinch in January of '08, as it was one of my "action goals" for the New Year - to explore the opportunity of joining the Keller Williams team. Having done extensive reading here on the Active Rain website, I liked what I was hearing, seeing, and experiencing with agents who are members of the Keller Williams team.

The Little Blog that Said I Could: Gary became my mentor when I came across his blog about the opportunities for education with Keller Williams, and being a former educator myself, I found this to be invaluable - you see like most educators, I have an unwavering belief and perhaps a slight addiction to continuing education... whether it be in relation to my work in the design industry, business and marketing, personal growth, and now real estate, I find it is always worth my time and effort to grow what I know and how I do what I do!

Back to School -- Working Hard-- and Loving It: As my resourceful and inspiring Keller Williams Mentor, Gary McNinch hinted in his welcome blog to me, there are already some big things in the works! I am so thankful for this opportunity, and very appreciative of Gary getting me in the Keller Williams University courses. In my 4-4-3 class I have been rubbing shoulders with some of the top agents at Keller Williams Southeast Sound. It feels so great to have this team along with me on this Journey! I am proud to have my agent license with Keller Williams!

Are we Having Fun Yet? Absoulutely! But I am still waiting for my Celebration Dinner at Gary's favorite BBQ joint -- with my Family and the Gang... but I think I'll take MY car! (Just kidding, I can verify that the McNinch Mobile is running strong -- as Gary brings it to the office when he's not driving Jessie's Prius!)

Finally, A very big thanks goes out to ACTIVE RAIN -- for facilitating this whole process... Active Rain is fertile ground for mentorship and camaraderie! All I can say is WOW!
