Just a quick Mead Market Update. Looking back on 2007, Mead Real estate has appreciated about 5%, a modest appreciation, but up from our regular trend before the housing boom. Spokane as a whole was about 2-4% appreciation. Then the housing boom took over and we had double digit appreciation.

Total number of Listings Sold: 190
Average Sold Price: $301,407
Average Days on Market: 50
