This type of massage is based on the Swedish model using kneading, long smooth gliding strokes and other techniques to loosen tense muscles, reduce stress and improve circulation and mobility. This treatment is ideal to soothe the body and mind.
  

 Deep Tissue Massage
This massage will combine various techniques with the intention to relieve chronic muscle pain, release adhesions, and increase range of motion. Excellent for those suffering from muscle tension/spasm, postural problems, fibromyalgia, injury recovery, limited mobility and other conditions.
