The average sale price to list price percentage was 103.56%. This number is skewed because there was a new construction home that was listed at $248,000 but due to upgrades sold at $287,000. A whopping 115.73% of list price. Without this sale, the average would have been 100.32%.
The lowest sales price was $131,000 and the highest sales price was $319,000.
Milton currently has 22 active listings (homes on the market without contracts. The minimum list price is $109.950 and the maximum list price is $695,000. They range in age from being built in 1900 to 2008. And they range in size from 1300 to 4000 square feet. Something for everyone!
