I knew when I pulled stats today and there were just slightly over 20 Mountlake Terrace homes available for $300,000 and under compared to the higher numbers of surrounding suburbs that people might be finally getting it about this cool city. Then I saw this great link showing that of all Seattle neighborhoods and suburbs, Mountlake Terrace takes the number four spot!
Mountlake Terrace WA is a great choice for homes! I have been saying all along how great this Seattle suburb is and I am glad to see that it is finally getting some great play in the media! Whoo hoo!
