Seeing the slight upward trend of interest rates, I would be in a big hurry to find an investment property or home before rates get much higher. Now is the time to act, prices are down, interest rates creeping up, but still historically low. DO NOT MISS YOUR OPPORTUNITY!! I don't want to say I told you so!
