Wenatchee sales have increased each month so far this year. Sales are still down 22% by dollar amount and 21% by transactions from 2008.
The dollar volume of sales in the Lake Chelan area is down by 44% year to date and transaction volume is down by 25% through March compared to 2008. Average sale price is still up!
