Washington State-Wide Open House in Pullman WA

I am getting ready to participate in our Washington State-Wide Open House Weekend. Realtors all over our great state are participating opening doors all over our state June 27-28 to get those buyers in to see all the wonderful homes we have in our individual cities in all kinds of price ranges. What a wonderful effort by our Realtors both state wide and in our individual cities including mine, Pullman Washington!!!!
According to Greg Wright the 2009 President of the WASHINGTON REALTORS, there will be over 4,000 REALTOR open houses in our first State-wide open house weekend. The press on this is great and must might give our state a marketing boost.
What a great time to look! Interest rates are still low, homes prices have great value and there is a first time home buyer's federal tax credit for $8,000 if you haven't owned a home for the past 3 years!!!
I am proud to say that in Whitman County there will be over 50 houses open. There is a charge in the air and I know I am personally looking forward to participating in this historic event! Yesterday we received special REALTOR balloons that will fly proudly all over Pullman. Come by, I and see all the great homes we have in Pullman. I would love to see you! My open house will be at:

Gary ~ Thanks! It is always good to see you. It was really lots of fun! I always enjoy open houses. I love not only showing off my seller's home but getting to meet some of the neighbors! I had also put out my open for Saturday sign earlier and put a flyer box on the sign earlier in the week. I was amazed how many of those fliers had gone....all positive things!!!!

Gail ~ Yes I have been working....and I LOVE IT! The open house blitz was great! I had some visitors and at the same time let all the neighbors know that I work hard for my sellers!

I am not sure of the participation level...but yes it was fun!
