$8000 tax credit, hurry!

Time is winding down to take advantage of the $8K home buyer tax credit. If you're looking to buying your, you must be signed, sealed and delivered with escrow closed by November 30th! It generally takes 45-60 days to close a transaction, and if you are considering a short sale, the process will take even longer. So lets go house hunting!
