Spokane Real Estate Expert - Ross Quintana
New construction purchases can go really well sometimes, and other times small things can come up that derail the
whole transaction. Most of the time things are straight forward and everything goes straight to closing, but something like hydroseed on the swales(front spot between the street and sidewalk) can hold up a funding.
If a temporary certificate of occupancy was issued and it is in early spring, you may find yourself being held up or needing to do a holdback. Hopefully you don’t find out about this the day of closing or you could watch your deal go into a tailspin. Something that wouldn’t be a problem if this and that didn’t all happen at the wrong times. This is the time you want an agent who is willing to work hard for you to make sure you get your keys as fast as possible.
There is no calling it a night at 5:00pm. Sometimes you have to go the extra mile and take care of your clients because the other party won’t always care if things are delayed.
When it comes time to buy your new construction home, call us 509-362-1966 and count on us to look out for you from start to finish.
