Milestones and Anniversaries....

Maybe it's a girl thing, but I think that milestones and anniversaries are so very important. Today was a day that was filled with both milestones and anniversaries.

It's our one year anniversary of being in business (for the BPO Automation Group). I am so proud of how far we've come in the last year. I'm honored to have been able to have helped provide what I feel is a very valuable service to each individual that has joined us in the last year. We have had huge growth in the 'depth and breath' of our products and services this past year and as such we've been able to help lots of other real estate professionals by helping them automate their BPO and REO business.

It's crazy to think back on where we were a year ago. Working out of my home office, my business partner and myself, to getting a small 300 sqft office where we were cramped in tight, to adding more teammates to our team and needing to get a bigger office so that we wouldn't turn into sardines. To now moving into our own office building.....what an amazing journey we've been on in such a short time.

I feel like a proud mother who has watched a small child grow from the point of being a newborn to watching as this same child grew up so strong and fast that they are now walking with full confidence. What a cool experience!

Not only we been able to help others in the business but we've also been able to grow our team this past year as well. So for everyone that is working behind the scenes at our company, we wouldn't be here without you.

As I raise my virtual glass of champagne up high, I offer this toast, "Here's to working with the best BPO and REO agents out there. We appreciate you and the opportunity to serve you."

We've enjoyed this first year in business and we can't wait to see where we will be a year from today.
