Rails to Trails 2

Located in Thurston County are several good trails for nature lovers.

  • The Yelm-Tenino Trail is a estimated 14.5 miles following highway 507 from Yelm to Tenino through the quaint town of Rainier.
  • Chehalis Western Trail is also estimated at 14.5 miles breaking off the Yelm-Tenino Trail heading north toward Lacey along Waldrick Rd.
  • Woodland Trail is linking the Chehalis Western Trail to Tumwater. A recently completed bridge crosses Interstate 5 at Sleater-Kinney Rd.

Has this become part of the exercise routine?  This is making me want to get out and buy a bike!

Melissa - As a habit we go to the Federal Community Center almost daily. We try to 'mix-it-up' by biking.
