Forget "Blue" Friday | Go Seahawks!

Twenty Six years ago, my father retired the Seattle Seahawks #12 jersey in honor of the dedicated fans who have, on many occassions, influenced the outcome of an important game. Seahawk Fans at the game are very much like having a 12^th man on the field. It’s amazing to me just how much their support (and willingness to stand through the entire game and scream their lungs out) can make in key games….and if you’ve ever experienced it, you know they are as physical a presence as having another player on the field (maybe more) would be.

Last week, the Seahawks decided we should have “Blue Friday” and asked fans to wear blue the day before the Playoff game against the New Orleans Saints. And we all know how well that turned.

Talk about an upset!

Well, if a day is good, a week has to be better right? Our ‘Hawks left everything on the field Saturday and may need a little more than one Blue day. I figure the more support we can show the better.

I just emailed my agents and staff to let them know I have decreed this week

“Seahawk Blue WEEK” at RE/MAX Select Real Estate.

Needless to say, our admin staff is most excited about being able to wear jeans (which are blue) to work all week.

And if the ‘Hawks keep winning?

Um……..let’s cross that bridge if when we get there!
