I am seeing a great opportunity for anyone buying a home in this current market. Foreclosures are here and should be taken advantage of! They are a great way for buyers to get a deal and a possible purchase of a home at a 15-30% discount. Many investors are now on the sidelines, but I believe when fear sets in, investors should get active. These markets are usually not here for long! I am getting aggressive and believe the current market holds deals for the strong willed. The market may continue to be soft, but that will only provide better opportunities in the near future.
