nwRealty Network Performance 9/18 - 10/10 2007

We're about to add more Washington real estate brokers and agents as new members to the nwRealty Network. Our statistics archive isn't programmed yet, so I'm using this blog to record how we're progressing.

Our system is working best for brokers and agents with at least one listing, but provides equitable lead generation for "Buyer's Agents". Between September 18th and October 10th 2007, we've delivered the following benefits to our Network Members ...

  • Lead Generation:
On average, each member real estate licensee received 3.2 leadswith brokers and agents in Grays Harbor, San Juan and Skagit Counties receiving an above average number of leads due to our strong positioning in search engine results in those areas. Markets where we performed slightly below average were near Packwood in Lewis County, and Snohomish County cities of Everett and Marysville.
  • Web Site Visitor Referrals:
We referred an average of 6.5 visitorsto each member's real estate website. Visitor "click-thrus" were fairly consistent across all market areas but our Gig Harbor members seemed to receive a slightly above average performance. Right now we only have one true "Buyer's Agent" with no listing inventory to help generate visitor referrals, but she even received traffic across her website from our system.
  • Personal/Brokerage Promotion:
To enhance branding and name recognition, each member's promotional image (photo or logo) was displayed an average of 672 times. Our best results were provided to our members in Seattle, King County, San Juan County and Grays Harbor County. Our single "Buyer's Agent" received 96 instances of personal promotion.
  • Listing Features:
Each member's real estate listings were promoted in the premium "top center" and "left margin" positions an average of 2273 times. Our strongest results were provided to members in Oak Harbor, Aberdeen, Friday Harbor and Seattle. Each member's listings in other Washington real estate markets were promoted consistently at about 2000 times per member.

The new real estate broker and agent members joining our Network this week serve Seattle, Whidbey Island, and Omak in Okanogan County. New additions under development for our main site at www.nwRealty.com are additional feature listing promotions and our "Find an Agent" section (which should provide better exposure for true "Buyer's Agents").

Please contact us at 253-927-2229 if these benefits are of interest to you (Washington licensees only). Pricing begins at $40/month with REALTORS receiving a 25% discount and qualifying link partners receiving a 25% discount.

Larry,

You got it together. I would advise anyone in Washington State to do this. It's beyond priceless for $40 a month.

Thanks Mike, we've tried to create a service that provides "real" value to our agent and broker customers.  So far things are working very well.

Larry ... just the traffic sent to agent sites is a bargain.  Agents can't buy that much from Google or Yahoo for the same amount of money.
