Staging 3608 Steven Dr. Lacey, Before and After

I just got finished Staging a newly listed home, located at 3606 Stevens Dr. NE in Lacey. The home is vacant and needed a few finishing touches to give it some warmth and style. The home is over 2500 sq. ft in size, has 3 bedrooms, a den plus a large bonus room, and is priced at $399,500. The back yard needed no staging, as the views are magnificent. Nature is really the best Stager.

Looks good Sandy.....the bathroom before/after is absolutely tremendous and done very easily....impressive.

Todd&Danielle, Charles, Ryan,

Thanks for the compliments. Just a few small additions can really make a big difference.

Sandy, those before and after staging photos really show the difference. An empty house while maybe not "cold" does not feel homey. It kind of feels hollow. I think if vacant house sellers could come up with some affordable staging plans, most would do it. I think many homeowners in this area are too cheap!

Gary, the cost might be an issue. My sellers receive my staging services for free and really appreciate it.

Sandy, wow, free staging services for clients. What a service to offer! BTW I was in Olympia a couple of years ago and love the water and gardens around the state Capitol building. Very pretty area!

Gary, I live right by the Capitol. The Capitol grounds are really very well maintained. Let me know if you're ever headed back out here.
